³⁸ And I will set my throne in Elam
    and I will destroy from there king and officials,’ declares^[a] Yahweh.
³⁹ ‘And then^[b] in the last of the days
    I will restore the fortunes^[c] of Elam,’ declares^[d] Yahweh.”
